"I had the wonderful experience of hiring Jeff over the summer when I needed to get away for a little while, but I wasn't content with just sitting around in a hotel doing things I could do at home. I needed a new adventure and that's exactly what I got! I have never backpacked before, so I was nervous about doing it for the first time. But Jeff was so helpful in not only making sure I had what I needed, but he also took the time to make sure I understood as well, for my own future endeavors! Through the hike itself, he was also very patient and motivating (and a fun conversationalist) and I'm sure I don't have to say what a relief it was to have the gear already provided. Especially when you're someone who's just trying it out for the first time, like I was. Jeff was knowledgeable about the areas as well! I'd recommend this to anyone."

"Me and my wife were visiting family in Denver and decided it would be great to see the mountains. My cousin recommend Lockwood so we called and set up a appointment and luckily was able to squeeze us in. We had a great time he is very funny and knowledgeable, was personable and easy to talk to. Price was reasonable and he brought his dog with us which was super sweet and loved to play. Would definitely recommend and book again!"

"I must admit that I was very skeptical of a vacation that involved backpacking. As someone who was used to staying in nice hotels, I didn't immediately see the appeal of leaving all those comforts behind. 
I've now been on several trips with Jeff, all to the most beautiful, untouched places in the US. I came to learn that backpacking does not have to be arduous or uncomfortable in the slightest, and when you are with a guide that knows the land and its secrets, you'll be treated to an experience that has no comparison.
